The YCSC has had yet another successful year of events with great attendees, thought provoking conversation and lots of opportunity for learning.
This year’s events included seven webinars, two in-person events and our very first masterclass.
The masterclass was held in April and explored Open Source Intelligence. This was an opportunity for us to try using our online community as a way to learn and grow as an industry. We loved speaking to expert Vincent Cook about all things OSINT and we can’t wait to host more masterclasses in the year to come.
We learnt that our audience loves to tackle the here and now of cyber security, exploring current events as well as the challenges they face on the day to day. Therefore, we are hoping to move our focus to tackle issues that matter to you in our future webinars.
This year our in-person events were a great opportunity to network, chat and meet the people behind the industry. We believe knowledge sharing and networking is a great way to improve your cyber security and threat intelligence so we will be hosting an in-person event once every quarter.
Overall, we had almost 400 attendees, almost double the size of our membership, so it’s clear to see that the YCSC’s reach is continually expanding.
Don’t forget to come along to our events and invite friends and connections! Everyone is welcome at the YCSC.
